Design-systems work at a legal AI company: building and evolving production-ready components, patterns, documentation and reusable assets across Figma and what the posting calls emerging AI-native design workflows. It asks specifically for experience maintaining component libraries in Figma — naming auto layout, variables, components and variants — and partners with a senior design-systems designer rather than owning the system alone.
