Ownership of a design system that lives primarily as code. The posting is direct that the role sits closer to engineering than to visual design — the system's repository is the main workplace, with fluency in Figma required so that design and engineering do not drift apart. Responsibilities include setting the quality bar, evaluating contributions from product teams, and maintaining documentation good enough for other teams to adopt the system without help.
